What we collect and why. If you subscribe to the Signals newsletter, we store your email address for one purpose: sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is your consent, given through double opt-in — no email is sent to the list until you confirm from your inbox. Reading the site itself requires no account and stores no personal data.

Processor. Delivery runs on Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), acting as processor under its data processing agreement. Individual open and click tracking is disabled for this list.

Retention. Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe (a one-click link in every email) or ask us to delete it, at which point it is removed.

Your rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data at any time via the contact address above. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
